Our services

We deliver mentoring programmes to support the positive mental well-being of girls and young women, so they can flourish and because we want this generation of girls to have the support that previous generations didn’t have access to.

Our programmes are proven to support healthy self-esteem, help girls to feel equipped and empowered and build their resilience. We follow a successful framework which can be adapted to meet individual need.

We currently work directly with girls and young women in South Warwickshire.

Let’s talk or read more about our offerings below.

A creative early intervention that supports girls aged 10-18 to Flourish. Our mentoring programme creates a safe space in which we can work towards building self-esteem, nurturing emotional resilience and building a toolkit for life. Our support for 10 year olds takes place the term before and after their transition to secondary school.

Mentoring is delivered across a 12/14 sessions by our lovely (and experienced) in-house team, or by trained volunteers with a Flourish supervisor. It involves a weekly one-to-one session either at school or another suitable place.

Our Journal is a stand alone resource (available here) or as a 5 session programme. It was co-written with five local girls who share their stories with the reader. Through the connection with the co-authors participants are guided to explore their unique strengths, recognise their emotions and know they are not alone in their worries. Covering topics including ‘How I Feel’, ‘Being Me’ and ‘Starting a New School’ Our Journal is the group programme for girls in year 6 coming up to their transition to secondary school.

Flourish Course is designed to build and strengthen self-esteem and mental wellbeing.

Across 8 weekly sessions, with up to 8 girls, we cover a range of different topics; from friendships and discovering worth to managing emotions and positive self-talk. This group is best suited to Years
7-9.

Each of our focused sessions includes games, crafts, discussion, and creative journaling – all designed to build better self-esteem and reduce isolation by building connections within the group.

Flourish Rebuild course is based in psychoeducation and supports girls to understand their emotions and build emotional resilience.

These sessions offer the ideal safe space to explore and identify emotions together, and to create a physical and mental 'toolbox' of coping mechanisms and strategies to help participants thrive long after the course has ended.

This group is best suited to Years 10 and above.
