Job Role: Project Worker
Hours: 30 hours. Term time only
Salary: £26,000 pro rata

We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to step into this rewarding role and make a tangible difference in the lives of girls across South Warwickshire. As a Project Worker you will be delivering pioneering early intervention one-to-one mentoring and facilitating group courses in local schools and the community. This 30-hour, term-time only position involves supervising a dedicated team of volunteer mentors and providing girls with the tools they need to build emotional resilience. We need a focused multi-tasker with a "can-do" attitude who can help girls to recognise their incredible worth. If you have the experience to support and empower the next generation, we would be delighted to hear from you.
