The Flourish Team

Char oversees the direction of Flourish, looking at how it can best support girls in the community. She also builds partnerships and networks with professionals and local businesses who support girls and want to support the work of Flourish.

Sharing a collaborative approach to leadership and strategy with Char, Jenny has a particular focus on Girl Voice. She works to support girls to be heard and understood in their families, schools, communities, and decision-makers.

Nic oversees Flourish service delivery, ensuring that the girls who work with Flourish receive high-quality, effective support. She is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Caroline’s role involves office management, data and financial reporting, supporter relations, and overseeing the administration team.

Helen supervises and trains volunteers, delivers workshops, develops resources, and coordinates the FAB participation work.

Sarah's job is to organise and run the Flourish group mentoring programmes with the support of our incredible volunteer group mentors.

Anna makes sure the one-to-one mentoring referral process runs as smoothly as possible, liaising with parents, schools, and our wonderful volunteer mentors.

Fiona’s role centres around helping to grow Flourish's income so that we can provide more support to local girls. This includes supporter relations, liaising with funders, and more. goes here

Kate has been a long-standing volunteer mentor, and has now joined us as a member of staff. She will be delivering one-to-one mentoring for our youngest girls in Leamington Spa.

Emma's role includes financial administration and providing general administrative support to the team. Emma also responds to enquiries to the office and ensures resources are kept well stocked.
