The Flourish Team

Jenny leads the team, setting strategic vision and overseeing fundraising. Jenny is passionate in ensuring that girls remain central to everything we do at Flourish.

Nic oversees Flourish service delivery, ensuring that the girls who work with Flourish receive high-quality, effective support. She is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Anna makes sure the one-to-one mentoring referral process runs as smoothly as possible, liaising with parents, schools, and our wonderful volunteer mentors.

Kate has been a long-standing volunteer mentor, and has since joined the staff team. She delivers one-to-one mentoring across the local area.

Emma's role includes financial administration and providing general administrative support to the team. Emma also responds to enquiries to the office and ensures resources are kept well stocked.
