The Flourish course offers teenage girls a safe space in schools, churches and community settings to explore the challenges and pressures they face, and be equipped with a toolkit for life.
The 7 session course is designed for groups of 12 girls aged between 11-18.
Our aim is that the girls graduate from the course knowing their unique worth, empowered to withstand a tide of pressures and transformed to make a positive impact in the lives around them.
The course improves; self-esteem, relationships, resillience, active participation and aspirations.
‘I have learnt to be more positive and deal with my emotions properly.’ A, Aged 15.
